Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Retail Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced store.

You will train Associates, ensure accurate tagging and stocking, and collaborate with management to keep goods flowing smoothly from truck to sales floor while upholding safety and loss-prevention policies. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience is preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates are processing efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and replenish shelves to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and team.
