HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking to join a vibrant team that values growth, collaboration and development. You’ll help orchestrate merchandise flow, train associates, maintain tagging and replenishment, and ensure a safe, organized backroom and selling floor.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• 1 year retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.

Mansioni

• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures backroom organization, recovery standards and safety.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
