Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures backroom organization, recovery standards and safety.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
