• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance and policy adherence.
• Partners with management on training needs and performance feedback.
