Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience is required.
• 6 months of leadership experience is required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging customers.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
