Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, etc.
• Strong diagnostic and debugging skills with root-cause analysis.
• Customer-obsessed mindset delivering accurate, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer-reported issues quickly from investigation to durable fix.
• Diagnose complex problems across services and data pipelines, tracing root causes.
• Deliver high-quality engineering work that improves the platform and meets customer needs.
• Partner with Customer Success to align on technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow engineering best practices.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and observability across the platform.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
