Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in New York, NY is seeking an Office Service Associate to provide daily back-office services for clients and teams, including reprographics and mail, with support across Williams Lea service lines such as hospitality, facilities, and reception.

You will follow established procedures, maintain logs, fill job tickets, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of office services experience preferred.
• Proficient with mail, phone, email and reprographics equipment.
• Solid customer service and communication skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use logs for all office services work and ensure tickets are filled correctly.
• Perform reprographics, mail, and intake tasks per procedures.
• Run jobs in proper order and communicate deadlines to supervisor.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Load machines with paper, toner, and supplies.
• Answer calls and emails; place service calls as needed.
• Interact with clients in person or electronically; adhere to policies.
