Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time leader to accelerate growth of future organizational leaders. The role focuses on structure, culture, and Service Excellence, with exposure to Chick-fil-A operators and senior leadership.

Responsibilities include leading operations, opening/closing shifts, and training team members. Applicants should have Chick-fil-A leadership experience, strong character, and a passion for guest service across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Chick-fil-A leadership experience is required; minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
• Full-time open availability.
• Strong character, professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant.
• Lead operations and serve as a role model for the team.
• Open (5:00 AM) and/or close (11:00 PM) shifts as needed.
• Train new hires and maintain a positive tone within the shift.
• Ensure excellent guest service and timely response to guest needs.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
