Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chandler is seeking a Director-level leader to accelerate organizational growth and model the Chick-fil-A culture in a fast-paced restaurant. You will support the Operator and senior leadership in daily operations and hold team members accountable for Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Service.

Responsibilities include leading operations, opening/closing shifts, training new hires, and maintaining guest satisfaction through excellent communication and strong character.

Qualifications

• Director level Chick-fil-A experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; must not currently be employed at another location.
• Open to full-time, open availability on weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant activities.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the shift tone as a role model.
• Lead operations and act as key holder; ensure clear communication.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open (5:00 AM) and/or closing (11:00 PM) availability

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior Chick-fil-A Director level experience IS required; 1 year+ worth of experience, not employed at another location
