Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Back of House/Receiving Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Wayne, NJ. This full-time leadership role reports to store management and drives back-of-house operations, merchandising flow, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in off-price/big box/specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
