Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in New Jersey. You will lead the Back of House operations, supervise receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor, while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

This role focuses on building strong teams and partnerships to drive results. As a key member of store leadership, you will recruit and coach associates, manage workload, and participate in planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Able to move, handle and lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression and back-of-house operations, including receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection strategies and safety guidelines.
• Coach associates and direct workload to optimize productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations activities.
