Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, organization and safety standards.
• Enforce Asset Protection policies and reduce shortages.
• Coordinate workload planning and oversee team productivity.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
