Burlington Stores is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations in New Jersey. The role involves directing merchandise flow, team coordination, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while supporting store leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload with accountability for productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
