Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for the Back of House/Receiving area in New York. You’ll lead the team, supervise deliveries, and ensure efficient merchandise flow with a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle merchandise up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards by associates.
• Direct daily workload and supervise team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach and recognize associates; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Attend weekly workload planning meetings and support community relations programs.
