Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations at our Wayne, NJ location. You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates via company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload; accountability for team productivity.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
