Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for the Back of House/Receiving team at our Lawrenceville, NJ location.

You will lead the back of house operations, supervise associates, and coordinate receiving, unloading, and merchandising to ensure smooth store flow. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsabilidades

• Lead back of house operations including receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and moving merchandise to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Direct workload and coach associates; monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs.
