Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations and oversee the receiving process. You will supervise associates, ensure cleanliness, safeguard merchandise, and drive efficient workflows on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle store merchandise up to 40 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines; deter shortages.
• Direct associates, plan workload, and drive productivity and policy compliance.
• Coach team and recognize performance; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations programs.
