Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house, oversee receiving, unloading, and flow of goods to the sales floor, and drive team performance in a full-time role.

You will supervise associates, promote safety and policy compliance, and contribute to recruiting and onboarding while coordinating workload in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service oriented approach.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines.
• Direct associates, plan workload, and monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach and recognize associates; assist in recruiting and onboarding; participate in planning meetings.
