Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations. You will direct the receiving, unloading, and sorting of merchandise, while ensuring cleanliness and safe, efficient workflows on the floor and in back areas.

As a key member of store leadership, you will coach associates, handle workload planning, and support recruitment and onboarding. Burlington emphasizes growth opportunities and a strong discount for associates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving deliveries to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages and losses.
• Direct associates, assign workload, and drive productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and coordinate meal/break periods.
• Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
