Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house operations and supervise the stocking team.

You will coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor, while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with company policies. As a frontline leader, you will develop teams, drive safety, and participate in scheduling, hiring, and training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills for team coordination.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection to prevent shortages and loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across the store.
• Ensure policy compliance and drive productivity metrics.
• Direct associates and manage workload during shifts.
• Coach associates and provide recognition in real time.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations and partnership activities.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor adherence.
