Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations and coordinate with Store Management. This role is the stepping-stone to a management path within a growing organization.

You will supervise merchandise flows, maintain housekeeping standards, and drive safety and compliance. The position requires 1 year of supervisory experience and flexibility for a full-time schedule, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a big-box, off-price, or specialty setting.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety and adhere to guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster teamwork and diverse culture; supervise workload and productivity.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; recruit, interview, and onboard new staff.
