Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area and coordinate daily operations. You will supervise receiving, merchandising flow, and ensure stockroom organization while partnering with Store Management to drive results.

The role prioritizes teamwork, safety, and a positive work environment. OT nights/weekends may be required, with competitive pay and benefits supporting your growth.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor)
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards
• Direct associates and workload
• Be accountable for team productivity and merchandise protection
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize performance
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Engage in Community Relations through company programs
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
