Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area, coordinating receiving deliveries, unloading cartons, and moving merchandise to the sales floor.

You will work closely with Store Management to direct associates and ensure efficient store operations. As a supervisor, you will manage workloads, uphold safety and asset protection, and foster a diverse, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression, including receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Direct associates and workload planning, and monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates; participate in weekly workload planning.
