Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chandler in Chandler, AZ is seeking leaders to accelerate growth, with core values and a servant's heart. This full-time leadership role supports the Operator and senior leadership in daily operations, upholding Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Service.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, training new hires, setting tone, open early or close late, maintaining guest service standards, and ensuring accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior Chick-fil-A leadership experience is required; 1+ year in a Chick-fil-A leadership role.
• Full-time open availability, including Saturdays.
• Strong character, professional but friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Train new hires and model expected behavior.
• Lead operations and act as a shift leader.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Open early (5:00 AM) and/or close late (11:00 PM) shifts.
• Maintain guest service standards and team accountability.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open (5:00 AM) and/or closing (11:00 PM) availability
