PGA TOUR Superstore in Peabody, MA is seeking a Back-End Department Head (BEDH) to oversee Logistics and E‑Commerce operations, ensure product availability, pricing accuracy and proper signage on the sales floor. The role drives the execution of the logistics plan and maintains top stock levels for an optimal Customer experience.

This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to train Associates, while upholding brand merchandising standards and efficient

Competenze

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide department training for Associates.
• Lead weekly department walks with the Operations Manager and align tasks with strengths.
• Maintain a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and Customer experience.
