Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking aBack-End Department Head to optimize logistics and e-commerce operations, ensuring product availability, pricing accuracy, and frontline signage. You will guide on-floor workflows and train Associates to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will lead with a service-first mindset, uphold merchandise standards, and work with the store team to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and store safety.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
• Ability to learn quickly with business acumen and training.
• Excellent organization to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work and provide department training to Associates.
• Collaborate with OM to plan tasks and follow up on execution.
• Promote a culture of customer service and accountability with leadership.
• Maintain stock presence and merchandising standards to drive sales.
• Lead with a servant leadership mindset to elevate the customer experience.
• Ensure safe, clean, organized receiving areas and proper procedures.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, deposits, and safety checks.
