Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an experienced BEDH to oversee back-end operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor. You will drive efficient processes across logistics and e-commerce while leading and training store associates.

The role emphasizes maintaining receiving programs, planning floor layouts, and upholding brand standards to deliver a premier customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistent implementation of the Logistics Game Plan, maintaining a 95% E‑Commerce fulfillment rate and accurate tagging before product placement.
• Support and oversee all Logistics and E‑Commerce operations.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide departmental training for all Associates.
• Participate in weekly department walks with the OM to evaluate the state of the business and create worklists.
• Follow up with the OM on the execution of tasks.
• Champion a culture where Associates love to work and Customers love to shop; recognize service behaviors.
• Maintain topstock/backstock integrity and ensure store merchandising standards.
• Coach and train Associates to deliver an obsession with Customer experience and e‑commerce presentation standards.
• Open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies to maintain inventory accuracy and a safe workplace.
