Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Back-End Department Head to lead logistics, e-commerce operations, and merchandise processes. You will ensure product availability, accurate pricing, tagging compliance, and accurate signage for a seamless customer experience.

In this role you’ll coach associates, manage weekly workflows, and collaborate with Store Leadership to drive customer satisfaction while upholding loss prevention and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office including Outlook.
• Ability to manage conflicts and hold others accountable.
• Willingness to learn business acumen through training.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet objectives.
• Lead by example with a servant leadership approach.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Logistics and E-Commerce operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and properly signed on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide departmental training for Associates.
• Participate in weekly department walks with the OM to plan tasks and improvements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock integrity across the floor.
• Support opening/closing procedures and cash handling with the front end.
