Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and train associates.
• Coordinate department walks with the OM to align tasks.
• Maintain stock integrity, pricing, signage, and planograms.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Open/close store and manage cash handling when needed.
