Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Dallas is hiring a Back-End Department Head (BEDH) to lead Logistics and E-Commerce operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and replenishment.

The BEDH will oversee receiving, tagging, cycle counts, and merchandise standards while coaching associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across on-floor and online channels. This role requires strong leadership and process improvement skills in a fast-growing retailer.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide department training.
• Participate in weekly department walks to evaluate the state of the business and create action plans.
• Recognize service excellence and reward performance with Store Leadership Team.
• Maintain stock presence and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer experience.
• Coach Associates to deliver an obsessed customer experience mindset.
• Ensure all receiving areas are clean, organized, and functional.
• Maintain compliance with Loss Prevention policies and safety procedures.
• Open/close the store as needed, including cash handling procedures and deposits.
