Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Back-End Department Head to lead logistics and e-commerce operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor. You will coach associates, set floor plans, and drive a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, tickets for PO issues, markdowns, cycle counts, and loss prevention, while partnering with the OM to optimize store performance and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead by example and enforce high customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and department training.
• Conduct weekly department walks with the OM to evaluate the state of the business and create worklists.
• Maintain stock levels, pricing, signage, and floor plan adherence.
• Ensure loss prevention policies and inventory accuracy are followed.
