Qualifications

• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to meet customer demands and department needs.
• Participate in interviews and input hiring decisions for associates.
• Provide timely feedback and performance coaching.
• Encourage idea sharing to improve customer service and support activities.
• Identify and address associate relations concerns with HR or senior management.
• Drive front-end and back-end operational efficiency and safety.
• Ensure proper staffing and coverage at checkouts and service desks.
• Oversee night and back-end operations to maintain inventory and stock.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty, delivering engagement and staffing excellence.
