The role includes responsibilities such as interview input, safety and shrink prevention, and acting as Manager-on-Duty to maintain organizational excellence and service standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in retail; 5 years if no degree.
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training and mentoring associates.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Sales licensure/registration as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team to meet customer demands and ensure coverage.
