Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 5 years retail experience.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Experience training and developing associates.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, assign tasks, ensure coverage and customer service.
• Participate in interviews and input on hires.
• Coach and provide performance feedback.
• Identify and elevate associate relations concerns.
• Encourage sharing ideas to improve service.
• Ensure safety and shrink prevention in store operations.
• Oversee front-end and back-end operations, including checkouts and inventory.
