PGA TOUR Superstore in Delray, FL seeks a Back End Department Head to lead logistics and e-commerce operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor. You will train associates, manage daily tasks, and drive a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will oversee receiving, cycle counts, markdowns, and adherence to merchandise standards while maintaining safety and loss-prevention practices. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support all Logistics and E-Commerce operations in the department.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide department training to Associates.
• Ensure product availability, accurate pricing and proper signage on the sales floor.
• Maintain topstock/backstock integrity and assist with cycle counts and markdowns.
• Uphold Merchandise Standards and coordinate with Store Leadership on visual presentation.
• Assist in Loss Prevention and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
