Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Back-End Department Head to optimize operations, ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and proper signage on the sales floor. You will lead logistics, e-commerce, and associated training to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook).
• Ability to manage conflict and uphold accountability across the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 95% e-commerce fulfillment rate and manage the RTV/Customer Warranty process.
• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide department training for Associates.
• Participate in weekly department walks with the OM and create worklists.
• Drive the customer experience and uphold merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and safety procedures.
