Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Back-End Department Head to drive logistics and ecommerce excellence in Delray Beach, FL. You will oversee product flow, pricing integrity, and sign accuracy while guiding a team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Lead an oriented, safety-conscious department, coordinate with store leadership, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards and loss prevention. Prior experience in retail operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, both verbal and written, across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to manage conflicts and enforce standards.
• Strong business sense and fast learning of processes.
• Organizational skills to juggle priorities in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations to support daily flow.
• Ensure on-floor product is in-stock, priced correctly, and signed.
• Direct on-floor work and train department Associates.
• Collaborate on weekly reviews and create action plans with the OM.
• Foster a culture of excellent service for Customers and staff.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandise standards, and safety compliance.
• Lead floorplans, receiving, markdowns, and cycle counts.
• Provide override support and run daily safety checks in the area.
