Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support high-volume B2B operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will bridge Corporate project teams and floor staff, ensuring accurate execution amid changing priorities and tight deadlines.

You will handle picking, packing, staging, and inventory tasks, while training new associates and maintaining clear, timely communication across channels. A strong grasp of Excel/Sheets and WMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align on and oversee workflow across multiple active projects.
• Shift gears quickly to accommodate rush orders, changes, or volume.
• Serve as primary point of contact when Lead is unavailable to maintain momentum.
• Oversee daily picking, packing, and staging of time-sensitive B2B orders using spreadsheets and data sheets.
• Lead training for new associates and temporary staff on B2B processes.
• Guide team through fast-paced shifts while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Use WMS to resolve discrepancies and account for project inventory.
• Prepare shipping/receiving paperwork and maintain logs.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to keep B2B pipeline moving.
• Coordinate email, chat, and verbal communication between Corporate teams and warehouse staff.
