Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow for multiple active B2B projects with attention to detail.
• Assist with rush orders, changes, and volume surges while maintaining momentum.
• Serve as primary contact when Lead is unavailable and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee daily picking, packing, and staging of B2B orders and maintain logs.
• Train new associates and temporary staff on B2B processes.
• Monitor stock levels and participate in regular inventory counts.
• Prepare shipping/receiving paperwork and use WMS to resolve discrepancies.
