Job summary

Transteck, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Truck Sales Representative to support the truck sales department and Account Managers.

You will engage fleets, small businesses and owner-operators in a fast-paced B2B environment, learn truck specifications, prepare quotations and manage online inventory. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in professional B2B sales, a driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working in a professional Business to Business sales environment.
• Driven personality capable of succeeding in a highly competitive industry.
• Entrepreneurial approach to time and resource management.
• Participation in trade shows and local associations to build industry knowledge and relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License when required.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, phone calls, email, and in-person visits.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Learning and preparing truck specifications
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Managing online inventory for new and used trucks
• Supporting Account Managers as needed with ordering and truck deliveries.
