Transteck, Inc. is seeking a Truck Sales Representative to support the truck sales department in a fast-paced B2B environment, working with fleets, small businesses, and owner-operators.

You will develop new business, maintain CRM records, learn truck specifications, prepare quotations, manage online inventory, and assist Account Managers with orders and deliveries. No heavy-duty truck experience is required; drive to succeed and learn the trucking industry.

Transteck has an immediate opening for aTruck Sales Representativeto support the truck sales department.

The Truck Sales Representative position is directly responsible for supporting Account Managers of new Freightliner and Western Star medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks in a business-to-business sales environment working with fleets, small businesses, and owner/operators. Essential job functions include:

• Developing new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, phone calls, email, and in-person visits
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Learning and preparing truck specifications
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Managing online inventory for new and used trucks
• Supporting Account Managers as needed with ordering and truck deliveries.

The pace is fast and demanding - all part of providing the best service possible to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in commercial truck sales. Previous heavy-duty truck experience is not required. The ideal candidate is driven to succeed, outgoing, professional, competitive, organized, and eager to learn what the trucking industry has to offer.
