HBC Broadband is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business sales and revenue growth in the Winona, MN area. The role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and an exceptional customer experience as part of a local broadband provider.

You will deliver compelling in-person presentations, promote bundled solutions, and develop your assigned territory through partnerships and outreach, while maintaining accurate sales records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience in telecom/internet sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, compelling in-person sales presentations for products and services.
• Promote and sell bundled solutions to meet customer needs and achieve targets.
• Grow territory by building business partnerships, community relationships, and local visibility.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals, events, and partner outreach.
• Maintain focus on results, drive activity and revenue goals.
