Job summary

Panasonic is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the B2B sales team with pipeline management, quoting, product availability, and order tracking. The SSR will support Territory Account Managers in the field and coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain.

Located on the West Coast and reporting to the regional sales manager, the SSR will handle customer and reseller communications, demonstrate strong written and verbal skills, and contribute to revenue growth through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience required; inside sales preferred.
• Experience in sales support administration or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Account Managers with pipeline management, quoting, product availability, resellers, and order tracking.
• Provide customers with order status, product specs, and related information as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain to resolve issues quickly.
• Update Salesforce opportunities and adjust for discontinued products.
• Create and update SPLs for the sales team.
• Manage show/sample/loan pool and ensure SSLs are returned.
• Provide timely sales reports and forecasts; attend sales calls.
