Job summary

Guardian Protection Services in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop new prospects and grow sales of our smart‑security products and services. You will engage with existing customers and tailor proposals, leveraging your experience to close deals.

Qualifications

5+ years prior B2B sales experience preferred. Commercial Security experience highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills
Flexible style; perseverance; action oriented; interpersonal savvy
Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focused
Must be able to safely complete site surveys and manage time to client expectations

Responsibilities

Maintain assigned sales quota and follow established guidelines
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques
Present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying features and advantages of our products and services
Adhere to Guardian policies, procedures, products, programs and services
Follow up with prospects
Prepare final contract for signature
Process work order and complete all paperwork per procedures
Maintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction after service installation
