Job summary

Guardian Protection is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative in Cleveland, OH to develop new prospects and expand relationships with existing customers, selling smart security products and 24/7 monitoring services.

You will follow a structured sales process, present compelling proposals, manage quotes, and work toward a defined sales quota while delivering exceptional customer service and driving company growth. The role offers a base salary plus commission and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years prior business to business sales experience preferred.
• Commercial Security experience highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills.
• Flexible Style; perseverance; action oriented; interpersonal savvy.
• Aptitude for problem solving; customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned sales quota and follow established guidelines.
• Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.
• Present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.
• Adhere to current Guardian policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Prepare final contract for signature.
• Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
• Maintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction after the completion of service installation.
