Job summary

ECAM, a technology-driven security solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a hybrid role based in Portland, OR. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for CCTV, video surveillance, and remote monitoring solutions.

The role offers uncapped commissions with an on-target earnings range of $175k–$250k for top performers, with a base around $75k and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong CRM discipline with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV and video surveillance solutions.
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution design, and business-case development.
• Create high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and related tools.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale success.
• Work with BDR and GTM teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and conversion.
• Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
