Meier Agency in the United States is seeking a Sales Team Leader Trainee for a full-time, in-person role in our Quincy office. You will learn our products, support recruiting and mentoring, and build your own B2B book while pursuing an insurance license.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership training, strong compensation with weekly draw, commissions, and incentives. A bachelors or equivalent experience is preferred, with CRM experience and a drive to grow within a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience required or considered.
• Experience with sales-driven environments and strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license; licensing reimbursement offered.
