Placements24 is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to expand our client base in the Welkom region. You will identify new opportunities, build a robust leads pipeline, and conduct professional client meetings to drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills, with the ability to travel within the territory and manage relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or related role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within Welkom region and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Schedule and conduct professional meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's products and services.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.
