Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team. You will engage with prospective clients, set appointments, and sell our staffing services to businesses within 20 miles of our Hazleton branch.

This role rewards a money-motivated, networked salesperson who can build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and collaborate with Recruiting to ensure client satisfaction. A driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Interest in B2B sales and service-based sales.
• Ability to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly sales goals.
• Ability to drive locally with 50-75% travel.
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined with minimal supervision.
• Outgoing personality with ability to build relationships with business owners.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; right experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Set sales appointments with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
• Sell Integrity Staffing services to businesses within 20 miles of our Branch Location.
• Meet and exceed all sales objectives by cold calling and networking.
• Partner with Recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients over extended sales cycles.
• Support creation and implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans to drive brand awareness.
