Integrity Staffing is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our light industrial and clerical staffing business. You will work daily in person at our Branch location, with local travel to client sites within 20 miles.

The role emphasizes building relationships, cold calling, networking, and meeting sales goals. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience is valued over formal education, and you must pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set sales appointments with decision-makers at prospective clients.
• Sell Integrity Staffing services to businesses within 20 miles of the Branch Location.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives by cold calling and networking.
• Partner with Recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships during extended sales cycles.
