UniFirst is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, present solutions for uniform rental and facility services, and close multi-year agreements.

In this role you’ll maintain a strong client pipeline, collaborate with operations, and meet monthly and quarterly quotas. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; uncapped commissions drive earnings alongside base pay.

Formación

• 0–2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in uniform rental or facilities services.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify leads in territory through calls, networking, referrals, and visits.
• Deliver on-site assessments and presentations for service programs.
• Prepare tailored proposals and close multi-year agreements.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client data and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Coordinate with service/ops teams for smooth onboarding.
